Kicking off the competitive season, Cheryl and Sarah traveled to Illinois for the Midwest ROC/RJCC tournament. In Division 1A Women’s Epee, Sarah finished 10th. Cheryl took home the sliver medal in Veteran Women’s Epee. Then they both fenced Division 2, where they were one point away from facing off in the final, but Cheryl ended 3rd and Sarah won the event.
